Registration Policy

  •  Registration must be made via online system.
  •  Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment.
  •  All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for payment must be paid by participants.
  •  The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
  •  To be eligible for Resident rates, trainee / research student / post-graduate student are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. Without this documentation, non-member fees will be applied. You may submit necessary document through the online registration system or via email.
  •  The Organisers plan to take photographs and video material at the conference and reproduce them in educational, news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the Organisers’ websites. By participating at the conference, you grant the Organisers the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of the Organisers and may be displayed, distributed or used for any purpose.

Cancellation Policy

  • Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat by e-mail to secretariat@apss-appos2017.org.

  • Cancellations received before or on August 31, 2017 - 50% of the total will be refunded.

  • There will be no refunds for the cancellations received on or after 31 August 2017.
